Drop Everything and Read Day wins NACo Award

The library's 2004 Drop Everything and Read Day received an Achievement Award from NACo (the National Association of Counties). Begun in 1970, the annual Achievement Award is a non-competitive awards program that seeks to recognize innovative county government programs called County Model Programs.
