July 16, 2009 (Charlotte, NC) – The Gift Shop at ImaginOn: The Joe & Joan Martin Center will be holding a store-closing sale beginning Friday, July 17, 2009, until Monday, August 31, 2009. The Gift shop will be offering discounts of up to 60 percent off selected items from its assortment of books, toys and games, apparel, and more.

The Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County and its partner in ImaginOn, the Children’s Theatre of Charlotte, recently decided to close the Gift Shop due to the current economic climate. The store’s last day of operation will be August 31.
