Meeting Room Facilities

Many PLCMC locations offer meeting room facilities which may be reserved by individuals and groups.

If you are interested in reserving a room, complete the Meeting Room Reservation Form (pdf format)and describe in detail about your group or organization and purpose of the meeting. Also, please read our policies and regulations carefully. The regulations listed on pages 36 and 37 of Section III of our Policies and Practices Manual are to be followed and violation of these rules may prohibit your group from using the meeting rooms.
