Lending Policies
  • Photocopies: $5 for up to 20 pages, every subsequent page is 25 cents per page.
  • Books are loaned for free.
PLCMC is unable to lend items from the following categories:
  • Reference
  • North Carolina Room
  • Video
  • Audio
  • CD-ROM
  • DVD
  • New items added to our collection within the last 6 months
