No Excuse/One Stop Voting at the Library

Vote No Excuse One-Stop Voting for Mecklenburg County residents begins at several library locations on April 28, 2008. Voters registered in Mecklenburg County can vote at any of these locations prior to Election Day, according to the dates and times below.

Dates & Times for Early Voting:

  • Primary Election: April 28 - May 3, 2008 - one (1) week
    • April 28 - May 2 (Weekdays) 11am - 7pm
    • May 3 (Saturday) 10am - 1pm
  • General Election: October 20 - November 1, 2008 - two (2) weeks
